I'm sure this is not the platform for this question but I haven't been able to find useful information elsewhere.

If anyone has experience with this app, can they please help explain how it is used?

I have deployed it on Odoo v12 and installed it but haven't been able to get any of my Sales Orders to go through the expected "automatic" workflow. From the description, I was expecting that when I click "confirm" Sales Orders, that the workflow would automatically create an invoice and set stock picking as done. Then all I needed to do from there is register a payment.

My end goal here is automate with one click:

Sales Order > Confirm >Create Invoice > Invoiceable lines   > Validate > Register Payment

to

Sales Order > Confirm ... > Register Payment

Any pointers would be much appreciated. Thank you

Have you configured "Automatic Workdflow" and set it in Sales orders in which you are expecting automatic action?

Yes, I have set under the Configurations > Automatic Workflow. Then in the Sale Order under the "Automation Information" tab, set the Automatic Workflow to Automatic. Nothing seems to automate after I click Confirm.

Can you please share configuration screenshot of whatever configuration you have done for the "Automatic" automatic workflow.

There is one cron job which is running every minute that will do all the specified operations automatic.

not when you will click on confirm order.
