Is there a way or a module to manage internal invoicing? For example, I have a mother company and 2 child companies. Child A buys products to Child B, which should not create a usual invoice as the 2 companies are in fact in the same company. It should create an internal invoice.

if they are the same company , then it doesn't make sense to invoice yourself !
Multi company means that you have multi legal entities ,
if so you may use inter-company feature.
