I want to change the string or title of the create button inside the Recruitment Module.

Create a custom module (if you haven't already) by following the Odoo module creation process. Inside your custom module, create a new file for translations. The naming convention should be like your_module/i18n/.pot. For example, if your custom module is named "custom_recruitment," the file should be named custom_recruitment/i18n/custom_recruitment.pot. Inside the translation file, add the following content:  #: view:hr_recruitment.view_form
#: view:hr_recruitment.view_tree
msgid "Create"
