Hi everyone,
I'm trying to set up a work schedule in Odoo where employees work for 4 consecutive days and then have 4 days off on a recurring basis.
Is there a recommended approach to create these 4-day workweeks with 4-day off periods in Odoo?
Thanks in advance for any advice!

You can create two working schedule and map to the employees as per their schedule.
There is a issue in this approach e.g Ran A starts working from Monday to Thursday and after 4 days off they work Tuesday to Friday after 4 days off again they work Wednesday to Saturday and so on. So if i create a full week schedule Monday to Sunday it won’t show on which dates employee is not working including other issues too.
