Create timesheet_ids on create a Ticket in Helpdesk

Hello everyone,
I would like to create an entry for the timesheet_ids when creating a ticket in the helpdesk module?

Can someone tell me what is the best way to implement this?

I found now a Solution.

But now i have Right Problems when the User creates a new Ticket:

When the user create a timesheet entry over the Frontend it isnt a Problem
Can someone help me to understand the problem?
