Our company uses an elearning digital learning platform to upload courses and study courses through platform.
The administrator account sends a notification letter to new employees for registration

process:
Management platform→Settings→Manage users→Create
Save after creation
A notification letter will be received in the user's mailbox

Ask whether the content of the notification letter can be modified or where to stop. Do not automatically send notification letters.
