i use barcode scanner but don't see Barcodes /instruction example: PLAN, UNPLAN, RECORD PRODUCE/ please help me?

Enterprise or community ? I think the bar-code facility in mrp is available only in the enterprise edition
community, i have enterprise code but not created barcode app?
If you are using enterprise you can get that feature, in community, you can check the modules available in odoo apps
