The company offers a comprehensive platform that facilitates online shopping and delivery of lifestyle goods, food, and groceries, enabling users to buy products that they require and have them delivered to their doorsteps. 


Embracing digital transformation to enhance operational efficiency, Snoonu collaborated with Invent Solutions QFZ LLC for the implementation of Odoo ERP Enterprise Edition. 


The Challenge: 

  • Snoonu faced significant challenges in integrating its diverse operations into a single, streamlined system. The primary difficulty was managing the complex interplay of delivery and order management, accounting, HR, and expense management within a unified framework. Additionally, ensuring a smooth transition of data from the existing system to Odoo without disrupting ongoing operations was crucial.
  • Another significant challenge for Snoonu was operating on Odoo Community Version 13, which limited their ability to fully integrate and optimize their business processes. This version posed constraints in terms of scalability, advanced features, and comprehensive integration capabilities necessary for Snoonu's growing operational needs.

  • Customized Odoo Solution: Odoo's flexible modules were tailored to fit Snoonu's unique business processes, ensuring that each aspect of their operations was efficiently managed.
  • Upgrade to Enterprise version: By upgrading to the latest Odoo Enterprise version, Snoonu was able to overcome these limitations. The Enterprise version provided enhanced functionalities, better scalability options, and more robust integration capabilities, aligning perfectly with Snoonu's expanding business model and operational complexity. This transition was instrumental in streamlining their processes and positioning them for future growth.
