unable to install a module

Question

Hello, I have files of module but I cannot install it in openerp as it does not show up. The steps I have taken are as follows:

1) Copy the folder "modules-openerp" inside /opt. The folder can be downloaded here (please unzip it): https://www.dropbox.com/s/2tivo9k21tadnl2/modules-openerp.zip

2)sudo nano /etc/openerp-server.conf

3)add the sentece  "addons_path = /opt/modules-openerp" at the end of the file

4)/etc/init.d/openerp-server force-reload

5)Open Firefox: http://localhost:8089

6)Log

You need to update the modules list first from *Settings/Update Modules List* first and then try to search the modules.

If this doesn't work change the permissions of the modules (directories), restart the server, Update Modules List and then try to search your module.
