On Odoo 12 Community Edition, regards to stock picking: when state is moved to 'done' 'Accounting Entries' is not present. Is there any configuration for this? Or is it only available on Entreprise Edition?

make sure you have the required modules installed (accounting & inventory)
1) Go to product categories, set the inventory valuation for the product you want to track to automatic. I'd recommend using a costing method of FIFO for better cost tracking.
2) Make the purchase/Manufacturing/Move you need to do. usually account posting happens after the move is completed.
PS. make sure the accounts configured in your categories are correct as that affects the where the account item is posted.
