In V7, since the last updates, really the last 2 or 3 days, export and webkit report seems to open up as URL and not under their own file format. Do you experience the same ? Look like AJAX is using the wrong POST method to open such file. In export, if the list is large you have the whole data set in the URL csv?data={"model"%3A"res.partner"%2C"fields"%3A[{"name"%3A"id"%2C"label"%3A"External+ID"}%2C

I get the same error - I tried to export users via the wizard, selected all the blue fields and saved this field set. After reloading this and actually trying to export, it blatantly fails with this error.
