I want the user to enter the path to a folder on the client and the system can read the files from there, without having to upload the file to the server. I didn't find the solution, please suggest me the solution, thanks all !!!

Widoki
In Documents you have the option to upload a file to the server. This file will be uploaded to the server.
Further you can use Add A Link to a file which is pulplic available. This file will not be uploaded to the server but be available through the link.
There is no client to client sync if you want to make a file available in odoo you only have these 2 options.
If you want to upload multiple files from a client you could use xml-rpc script.
