I'm setting up a company that purchases and sells services, but I can not generate a purchase order of the service from my company to my supplier when my client is asking for purchase that service.

Which "Sale Purchase" module are you referring to exactly? Even in 16 or 17, no way to handle this with standard Odoo ?

I know this is old, but it is still an issue. What we are doing is setting up the product as a consumable item, that is drop shipped. You do have to "receive" the item in order to invoice it, but that was less of an issue for us than not automatically generating the PO.

Since at least version 13 CE and EE it's possible to meet this requirement out of the box with the "sale_purchase" module:
- Install "Sale purchase" and create a product type service
- In the product purchase tab add a vendor
- Enable the " purchase automatically" (also in the purchase tab under reordering)
answer update: in v16 the field name is "Subcontract Service"
- By confirming a sales order, an RFQ will be created automatically

Hi Daniel:Well, the company services are: training and courses. I purchase those courses to my Supplier, and I sell them to my Clients. In a test a client ask for a course, so I need to purchase the course to my supplier. I want to see the purchase order automatically (so I will be able to see the supplier name, course name, price, etc.), and aprove it later. Like for example when we manage a products company, we sell products and generate an automatic order of products if we have a just in time sell process . I'm still writing it messy?
