Is there a way in Odoo16 to create a Promotion that allows the customer to get the first x qty of a specific product for free in each month?

Hello,

In that case your Product category of that product should be FIFO(First In First Out).

The subject product is a service, the first 10 hours per month are free! So, any suggestions?

Can you elaborate on how you'll track these hours in odoo?

let's suppose you have xyz service product and its uom is in hours,

and your customer contacts you based on promo. so, you just give them a 100% discount on 10qty. of service product.

Pardon me, I may have not been clear enough, I'm sorry 😊
The product is a rental product, rental periods of this product is by the hours only (meeting room booking).
My client offers the first 10 hours on monthly basis for free for customers who have running rental orders (office rent), so the free hours are not offered to all customer. yet the meeting room is available for paid rent for non-rent customers
