Posbox the orders don't trace back to Odoo.

Question

Hello everyone,

Since fews days, I have problem with my POSBOX.
My mac mini is up to date and my posbox is in version  9.0.1.0.1 . My Odoo is 9.0c.
I use the module "retail outlet" of the community.

At the beginning of the day the first order goes up all the time, however the following ones do not go up. The problem appears at irregular intervals.
The orders are well placed because the tickets are out.
The internet connection is stable and of good quality.

Can you help me ?

Hello everyone,
Finally, if you have an Odoo in v9 or ealier you need to install in your POS the "POSBOX" firmware (before year 2020), NO the firmawre "IOTBOX".
Because sometime orders don't remounted in Odoo. If installation Odoo v9 and firmawre IOTBOX  = BAD IDEA
For Odoo v9 and more you can use "IOT" firmware.
