Outlook plug-in for Mac

Question

Is there any solution to use the outlook plug-in with Outlook for Mac (Outlook 2011)?
As the plug-in is an msi installer, has anyone found a solution for this question?
I am using a 6.1 version, but I think it can be the same for version 7.0

Get add-ins for Outlook for Mac
Select See more items (…) in the toolbar and select Get Add-ins.
You can search for add-ins by typing a keyword in the Search box and pressing the Return or Enter key.
When you find the add-in you want, select the Add button.

Use mozilla thunderbird

It works on mac and it's really powerfull with addons
