Hello Ihsan,
You can follow the following steps:
1. Install Odoo Studio
2.Open the model sale.order (quote) and enable Odoo Studio.
Then, in the order lines view, click on "list view"
3. Add a related field in the list view
4. Define a name for the related field. The name will be the one that will be displayed in the order lines
5. Click close Odoo Studio view
6. You can see the available quantity of the product by hand in the order lines
