Hi,

our company is manufacturing products which come back to us for maintenance work. Currently, we are doing everything by hand (we create serial numbers but don't even create a bill of material for included parts), but would like to be able to see information like

• when was the product produced
• what parts were used for this product (i.e. if they have a serial number of their own)
• when was the last maintenance for the product

Is there any way to do this with Odoo? I'm relatively new and the previous admin has left the company without much of a hand over. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
