Hi

I have installed Odoo 18 Enterprise on premise. I was first surprised not to get any message when I first logged in to fill a licence key. It showed up only when I setup the mobile app. I filled my licence number and all good.

Now it randomly shows up a popup also on computer stating my licence expires in one day and either renew or recheck status. When I do a recheck it gives now the expiration date of the 2 weeks free when you install it.

How can I get my licence activated in it one time for good ? as I can't find any menu in Preferences to fill the licence.

Thanks for your message. I confirm the Odoo server has a full working Internet access and it's able to validate the licence so I guess it confirms connectivity is ok.
For Companies i checked what you indicated and there is only one company, mine listed there and all details filled.
I'll contact my sales guy at Odoo to check with him as I didn't find any way in my account on odoo.com to check if licence is linked at an installation.

Hi

Thanks for the 1st link but none case in the document are similar at mine :( and second link is the same.
I'll check with sales guy at Odoo if problem continues to show up as so far even after confirming already two times the licence it still indicates it expires in two weeks in the Preferences main menu :(
