Hello, for several months we tried to use this ODOO, is not bad, but ui is awful and a lot of my coleagues asked if we go back in time.
Anyway, we asked to suspend the subscription because it wasn't for use anymore.
All good till here, for over 2 months we didn't use it.
2 weeks ago we wanted to give another chance just for testing purposes, and we reopened the monthly subscription.
The fun begins here, we have an awful lady as account manager, she answers every 5 to 6 days, but on top of that she charged my account for the 2 months that wasn't notified and agreed, during the pause of the monthly subscription we didn't use and didn't had access to to any of the system.
And i just searched and saw this is an usual practice completed with misleading, or misinformation ( same as the Leia Gutierrez , our account manager does), so be aware as a business to not be to dependent on this guys, because they are more on scraping you up than to help you
