I read that it is possible to invoice Project or Task but cannot find out how. Odoo V9.

How can I link a project to invoice or invoice to project? I would like to create a project and to be able to invoice parts of the project or the project tasks. Also I have the "Invoicing" module installed which let's me make invoices without creating products (just typing description). Can I create such an invoice from project?
