Internal Transfer with outstanding Receipts account is not working

Question

Added Outstanding Receipts ​ as default
Internal Transfer Account. but getting the below error while doing the internal transfer transaction:
Journal Entry Draft Entry (* 1424) (4trt) is not valid. In order to proceed, the journal items must include one and only one outstanding payments/receipts account.
Any idea on this?

Hello,
it may happen if you previously created journal entries in that journal without setting the intermediate account or maybe you use another one previously. you can make sure of that by opening the "
Journal Entry Draft Entry (* 1424) (4trt)" and tracking journal items if it has another "outstanding".
so,
1. undo this step "setting outstanding on internal transfer",
2. and reconcile all previous payments or reset to draft
3. then do the "setting outstanding on internal transfer" and try to r
