How to Manage Cash Basis Accounting Reports Without Using Cash Basis Under Tax (Odoo v18)

Question

Hi everyone,
Is this feature available in *Odoo v18*?
I would like to manage *Cash Basis Accounting Reports*, but not through the /Cash Basis method under Tax settings/.
In other words, I need to generate accounting reports based on actual cash transactions (receipts/payments) — without linking the process to tax configuration.
Can anyone please guide me on how to achieve this or if there’s an alternative setup available in Odoo v18?
