I must miss something in the options, but i'm currently unable to delete my name of the menu in the header of my website ! Do you know if there is any way to do that ?

Hello,
You can simply delete the menu from the website itself, for that Site --> Menu editor. You can see all menus in your website from the popup window.

I assume that what you need is to remove a menu from the header, so for that, go to website in odoo back end, click on site menu and select menu editor. From here , we can delete, edit or add menus. Hope the answer is helpful.
