How to create a custom accounting report for a retail store?

Question

odoo version: 10
I would like to generate a report that contains the following :-
- Total Income (POS Sales + normal Sales)
- Sold Product Cost (cost of the items that has been sold)
- Sales Profit (Total Income - Sold Product Cost)
- Total Expenses (Only *Expenses* & Salaries NOT Purchases )
- Net Income (Sales Profit - Total Expenses)
- Cash Income (Total Income - Total Expenses - Purchases Amount)
