How to create a custom accounting report for a retail store?

Question

odoo version: 10
I would like to generate a report that contains the following :-
- Total Income (POS Sales + normal Sales)
- Sold Product Cost (cost of the items that has been sold)
- Sales Profit (Total Income - Sold Product Cost)
- Total Expenses (Only *Expenses* & Salaries NOT Purchases )
- Net Income (Sales Profit - Total Expenses)
- Cash Income (Total Income - Total Expenses - Purchases Amount)

Also you can check the Odoo app store and see whether there is any module satisfies your requirement and see. If you are using odoo enterprise you can create report using the odoo studio:
