I'm starting to use Odoo V11 Enterprise, and I need a detailed Profit & Loss Report split by Departments, how can I do this? There is an existing app or similar?

In Odoo 11 enterprise there is a field called Group on an account (Chart of accounts) . You can make use of this field and bring out the report per department.
If you activate Analytic Accounting, and tag each of your Invoices and Bills and Timesheets by Analytic Account or Tag, you can filter the Profit & Loss by Account and Tag.
Hi Ray, is it somehow possible to allow users to see reports from only certain analytic accounts?
You can leverage record rules on the account.analytic.line model for this - to still allow Analytic Accounts and Tags to be selected on Reports, but not to allow access to the individual entries in the Analytic Ledger.
