How can i add log file to ticketing in event?

Hello. I am very new to odoo13 and i want to know how can i write log file for ticketing in event. In default log, it contains for event that show under ticketing. The log file can check the process of event but it didn't contain about ticketing flow. I search about a lot but can't see answer and if that type of question was asked, please guide me to. Thanks.

You can add your own logs in the source code like this:

import logging
_logger = logging. getLogger (__name__)
class  AccountInvoice (models.Model) :
_inherit =  'account.invoice'
def some_method_you_use(self):
... your code here
_logger.info("Log your message here")
... your code here
