Odoo will automatically convert any google docs link into a drive link. When visualizing the content in the website the google drive doesn't upload all pages.
Has anyone found a way to fix this?

There is no upload or sync happening between Odoo and Google Drive / Docs. Odoo embeds an iframe of the Google Doc and displays whatever is returned by the Google server. In other words, Odoo has no say about what or how many pages are visible, nor does it limit them.
Odoo can easily render 200+ pages - BUT, you may hit an issue with the regeneration of the Google Doc preview itself (preview not being regenerated upon changing the Doc).
You could search for 'drive.google.com' in the DOM of the eLearning page and open the drive link in your browser directly to verify this being the case.
Depending on the size of the document it apparently takes Google a few minutes to actually update the preview.

If you plan to store most of the learning materials in Google Drive, you might be interested in this third-party module - https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/18.0/google_drive_odoo . This app allows you to sync the attachments of any Odoo objects, including courses, while synced items are directly available in Odoo, as they are stored in Odoo (although it may take some time to retrieve them from the cloud).
