I'm trying to write a python script that will create a PDF based on information from a product. Anyone that can point be in the right direction on how I would make the API call ? To find the product I have the variants values of the exact product and the product name, the product has 36 varients.

odoo 8 is installed on ubuntu and the python script will be running on the same computer as the odoo. Preferably I would like to have this script live in the odoo webserver if that is possibale.
