ERROR IMPORT SUGARCRM !!

hi

i try to import my SugarCRM and to access the module Import Sugar and insert my url (URL/SugarCRM/soap.php) my username and password, I get it this problem:

Error !

Authentication error !
Bad Username or Password bad SugarSoap Api url !

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Can anyone help me?

What have you tried for yourself? What worked and what didn't? Did you triple-check the username/password combination?

Don't just post an error and expect people to look in their glass orb and provide you with a matching answer. It doesn't work like that.
