It is very important for us to be able to see who made the last change (and when) when changes are made to the product or contact. Unfortunately, the standard fields “Last change on:” and “Last change by:” are not helpful because the current user is already entered here if you only open the object, i.e. even if you have not actually made a change.

We have already documented changes to important fields in Chatter, but the general information about who and when something was last really changed would be important.

Does anyone have any ideas?
