Email Marketing in Multicompany System (EE16)

Question

If you carry out a mass mailing campaign in a multi-company system (with the email marketing app), you cannot limit this campaign to one group company (the one that sends and from which the mailing list originates, for example), but all companies in the multi-company group will see these campaigns. I find this very disadvantageous (in fact, it prevents us from using this otherwise beautiful app).

By default, Odoo’s Email Marketing app doesn't allow you to limit campaigns to a single company in a multi-company environment.
One option is to customize the app by adding a company field to the campaign to restrict visibility. Another approach could be to adjust user access rights or create security rules to limit access based on the company.
It might be worth consulting an Odoo developer to implement a solution that fits your needs.
