Create a sales order line via automation

hello fellow forum users!

i have a question..
we receive orders from shopify stores for bottles. either B2B or for D2C.
we have to add a packing box to ship them.

is it possible to  create a sales order line when a sales order has a certain tag, f.e. B2B or D2C, so our guys in the warehouse know which box they need to pick.

when the tag reads B2B and quantity is 1,  i want 1  packing box( product x) added to the sales order
when the tag reads D2C and quantity is 1,  i want 1 packing box( prod

Hello,

You can try the Quotation template if it works for you. Your all points can not be covered but this is just a workaround solution without any customization.
