Can't create a database in Odoo Community v15

Question

Installed Odoo Community v15 on Win10 Home Intel i5, 16Gb RAM, 250GB SSD drive.
Fresh install, i.e. no other Odoo version was previously installed has I reinstalled Windows from a Clonezilla system backup before installing v15.
Everything worked great under v14.
v15 install went OK, until I got to the initial database creation window.
I did choose to use my own password, same one I used in v14.
I used the same email address, password, language and country as in v14
I can't figure out why I get e

Hi,
This is a known issue in Odoo 15 and has been impacting dozens of people.
See also  https://github.com/odoo/odoo/issues/78001 [1]  which is closely tied to it.
Odoo employees will come with a fix as soon as possible :)
