that i found : (works for me)
1) login in on "Debug mode" : from the normal url add : " ?debug=1 " right after the /web on URL (like : /web?debug=1#action)
2) from the "debug" icon on the right side just before the "conversation" icon use the menu : "Regenerate Asset Bundle" (must taking around < 10 seconds)
then try to login and check ... for me i also delete the browser cache and install "Contact" application (just to allow odoo to check completly the system)
