For all our customers bank synchronization stopped working recently around the 7th of april.

I have to give consent again, to Spendee? I thought we used saltedge / Ponto but not sure.

Consent to Read-Only Access to Data

In order to provide you with Account Information Services, Spendee a. s. needs your approval to access the following information from the account(s) you hold at ABN AMRO:

In the settings tab online synchronization it says:
Expired synchronization date: 30-09-2025
Last synchronization: 07-04-2025

Did something change in the authorization for bank synchronizations and what did change? Where can I find information on this topic and what do I tell my customers. 

What is the best way to let our customers reauthorize?

There is certainly no mention of "Spendee" in the source of Odoo (18.0 at least) - however, I did in fact find a link between Salt Edge Limited and Spendee a.s. in the Salt Edge terms of use: https://www.saltedge.com/legal/partner_terms_of_use

Now, I'm certainly not giving out any sort of security, financial nor legal advise on this topic. Also I can't tell from experience as the last time I had to deal with an ABN AMRO integration is almost 10 years back by now. But, given the link to Salt Edge Limited, it at least seems legit. You may however want to get in touch with your advisor at ABN AMRO - they must surely have heard about it before.

i appear to have the same problem with my Dutch based bank ABN AMRO.  While in the native bank environment I see the transaction, quite a few transactions are missing in Odoo.
