I have an external html form, which requires Node.js and Angular

In my attempts to just add it via HTML editor, I'm getting loads of XML errors (relating to js code within form?) and cannot save the HTML additions. I haven't gotten to the javascript part of things.

Is there another way I should go about adding this form into my Odoo 10 site? Custom module, Qweb...?

The form is intended to be submitted to partner website via their API.
