Voor de implementatie van Odoo had Beldos een verouderde ERP oplossing met zeer beperkte mogelijkheden inzake productiebeheer. Daarnaast had men ook een aparte losstaande CRM oplossing waardoor klantendata vaak onvolledig of onjuist was. Men was dan ook op zoek naar één geïntegreerde totaaloplossing met uitgebreide mogelijkheden inzake productiebeheer.
