PT| Módulos: Inventário, contactos e código de barrasEmpresa líder de mercado especializada na transformação e processamento de vidro plano. A empresa atua principalmente no mercado da arquitetura, mas também fornecem soluções em vidro para setores como mobiliário e decoração.
O principal desafio do cliente era a gestão de centenas cavaletes que fazem o transporte do vidro para os clientes. Existia uma dificuldade na localização dos cavaletes que se encontravam nos clientes e a sua posterior recolha, dispersa geograficamente por diversos clientes.
Foi desenvolvido um sistema picking para entrega e recolha dos cavaletes nos clientes e identificado a respetiva localização. Ao mesmo tempo foi criado um sistema automático de alertas, sinalizando os cavaletes disponíveis para levantamento e respetiva rota.
Resultado: Redução de custos associados com a operação, o processo de recolha passou a ser organizado e o registo manual deixou de ser necessário com uma total automatização do processo.

A market-leading company specializing in flat glass transformation and processing. They operate primarily in the architectural market, but also provide glass solutions for sectors such as furniture and decoration.
The client's main challenge was managing hundreds of racks used to transport glass to the customers. Locating the racks at customers' locations and subsequently collecting them, which were geographically dispersed across multiple customers.
A picking system was developed for delivering and collecting racks from customers, identifying their respective locations. At the same time, an automatic alert system was created, indicating available racks for collection and their respective routes.
Result: Operational costs were reduced, the collection process became more organized, and manual recording was no longer necessary, with the process fully automated.
