Ten Wellness
For Ten Wellness, Kuwait Protocol delivered a fully customized Odoo implementation tailored to their operational and HR needs. The project included developing an integrated online presence through the Odoo Website module, along with a complete employee management ecosystem covering recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance tracking, time-off planning, and a self-service employee portal. We also implemented digital document handling, facility management, and asset mapping to streamline day-to-day operations across multiple service areas. In addition, a customized appraisal module was developed with bespoke evaluation forms designed specifically for Ten Wellness’ performance framework. The deployment also included an Odoo chatbot with standard features and the ability to personalize responses, as well as a secure data archive area to store historical records for future reference.
