They are a call answering service handling a number of customers from SMEs to large businesses.Their primary requirements from Odoo were managing the enquiries coming in from their sales channels and making sure the opportunities were being looked after by the sales team members. Target Integration worked with them to implement the CRM system first and are now working on implementing rest of their business processes in Odoo. IT / Komunikacja / Marketing

Solutions
ERP Cloud implemented a full-scale ERP solution covering sales, purchasing, and inventory in one integrated platform. Automated workflows replaced manual processes, allowing the Sinko team to create quotations, confirm orders, and manage supplier purchases with greater speed and accuracy. Real-time inventory tracking helped prevent stockouts and improved planning for high-demand items.
In parallel, ERP Cloud launched a modern, user-friendly website for Sinko, complete with a product catalog, inquiry forms, and customer access to relevant product information. This digital transformation not only improved internal operations but also extended Sinko’s market reach.
With everything now centralized and streamlined, Sinko is positioned for sustainable growth, confident in its ability to deliver on quality and service both offline and online.
