By integrating all stores within a unified system, we enabled accurate production planning and activated Reorder Levels and MTO to automate purchase orders. We also defined detailed Bills of Material for each product, helping control wastages effectively. With complete integration to Accounts, Shree Mithai now has clear visibility into both order-wise and product-wise profitability, resulting in improved efficiency and informed decision-making.
