Karto halusi yhtenäistää ja tehostaa liiketoimintansa ohjaamista tiedolla. He valitsivat Odoo toiminnanohjausjärjestelmän ja SprintIT:n toimittajakumppaniksi.Odoo-toiminnanohjausjärjestelmän piiriin siirryttiin ketterästi, toiminne kerrallaan. Ensimmäisessä aallossa otettiin käyttöön asiakkuuksien hallinta, tuotetiedot, kaikki myyntiin, hankintoihin ja varastoihin liittyvät toiminnot sekä taloushallinnon ja henkilöstön johtamiseen liittyvät osiot. Vain 6 viikkoa aloituksesta avattiin jälleenmyyjille suunnattu verkkokauppa.
Karto wanted to improve their business management. They chose Odoo for their ERP technology from SprintIT.
The huge Odoo project was implemented one operation at a time. The first wave introduced customer relationship management, product information, all functions related to sales, procurement and warehousing, as well as sections related to financial administration and personnel management.
