QOONTOO SAS
Qoontoo est un fournisseur d'accès à Internet (FAI) français spécialisé dans les services de télécommunications destinés au logement collectif. L'entreprise accompagne notamment les bailleurs sociaux en proposant des offres d'Internet, de télévision et de téléphonie fixe et mobile pour les particuliers et les entreprises. Afin de soutenir sa croissance, Qoontoo souhaitait disposer d'une plateforme centralisée permettant de gérer l'ensemble de ses abonnements, équipements, options et services après-vente, tout en unifiant ses différents systèmes d'information.DarbTech a conçu et développé une plateforme complète basée sur Odoo afin de centraliser la gestion des activités de Qoontoo. Le projet, mené selon une méthodologie Agile, a permis de mettre en place un espace abonné pour la souscription en ligne, le suivi des abonnements, des factures et des tickets SAV, ainsi qu'un Back Office dédié à l'administration des abonnements, des équipements, du service client et du zonage géographique des offres. DarbTech a également réalisé l'intégration de plusieurs API métiers, notamment CFAST, TR-069 (Friendly Technologies), SBC et TELCOZ-VOXNODE, afin d'automatiser la gestion des services, la facturation, la configuration des équipements et les services de téléphonie. Cette solution a permis de centraliser l'ensemble des données, d'automatiser la facturation récurrente, de simplifier les opérations quotidiennes, d'améliorer le suivi des clients et du SAV, tout en offrant une plateforme évolutive capable d'intégrer facilement de nouveaux services.

Challenges
QShield relied on a system that seemed to be outdated as it hindered the ability to customize operations and match requirements such as efficiently structuring data, increasing productivity, and easily communicating with customers.
The necessity to adopt an eService solution became fundamental to their business operations due to its vital role in better management of services.
Furthermore, QShield expressed the need to obtain an advanced operational solution to enhance the quality of processing and tracking governmental applications like visa documents and contracts for dependents and companies.
Solution and added Value:
With the support of Ever Business Solutions, the official partner of Odoo, Qshield was capable of enhancing their business process by implementing an eService management solution through Odoo Enterprise that encouraged tracking and monitoring employees’ and dependents’ applications, in addition to managing companies with their corresponding contracts.
