Le challenge était d'optimiser les processus de vente avec une grille tarifaire complexe ainsi que la gestion de projet sur des périodes très longues. Avec des ressources humaines en forte croissance.
Nous avons opté pour la création de matrices de prix sur base des données énergétiques du client, l'automatisation des projets sur base des services vendus, la gestion des ressources humaines complète, le contrat, le timesheet, les expenses, le matériel, la génération de documents d’offres automatisées sur base de template configurable dans Odoo, la comptabilité Odoo et l'intégrer aux flux de ventes.
Pour résoudre le problème, nous avons choisi de mettre en place un système informatique qui repose sur l'utilisation du système ERP Odoo, avec des modifications apportées au flux d'opportunité, au module de vente et de projet. Nous avons également configuré différents modules de ressources humaines pour une meilleure gestion des consultants, et avons migré la comptabilité vers le système Odoo. Enfin, nous avons créé un site web en utilisant l'outil de création de sites web d'Odoo.

Additionally, the business had to handle a vast selection of product variables — with each part available in multiple configurations, prices, and pricing schemes — making product management and pricing a logistical challenge. A streamlined solution was needed to bring clarity and control to these multi-layered processes.
Solution:
ERP Cloud delivered a tailored solution that transformed AZ Car Parts’ operations by integrating key modules such as Inventory, Sales, Purchase, and Accounting. Advanced warehouse management tools optimized storage, picking, and delivery processes, while driver coordination was streamlined through automated scheduling and route planning features.
The implementation also included a comprehensive forecasting and revenue estimation system, enabling AZ Car Parts to generate insightful reports and make proactive business decisions. To manage the wide array of product variables, ERP Cloud set up a flexible pricelist system, allowing dynamic pricing based on product configuration, customer segments, and volume-based discounts.
With the addition of a custom-built analytics dashboard, AZ Car Parts gained full visibility in their operational performance, ensuring precise cost tracking and revenue projection.
