Memcon Solutions Limited is dedicated to enhancing environmental sustainability through fast ROI solutions. We specialise in seeking innovative, market-disrupting technologies—ranging from sustainable ware-washing, kitchens and laundry solutions to lab equipment. As a growing startup founded in 2022, our mission is to help our Clients reduce water, energy and chemical consumption, improve work experience of staff, while safeguarding their profits through data-driven, eco-friendly operating methods.

Before adopting Odoo, our primary challenge was the fragmentation of data and processes. We operated through a fully remoted setup which provides us with a lot of flexibility. However, as we scaled, managing Client relationships, complex inventory, and project timelines became inefficient. We required a solution that provided management with visibility into real-time operations and while providing our talented team with easy tools to work with to avoid spending valuable time in inefficient processes. 

We embarked on this journey in slowly introducing Odoo to implement a comprehensive, phased digital transformation. We consolidated our entire workflow into a single platform, deploying a robust suite of modules including CRM, Sales, Purchase, and Inventory to manage our supply chain, alongside Project, Timesheets, and Expenses for our operations arm. We also integrated Accounting, Recruitment, and Employees to streamline back-office tasks. By leveraging Odoo’s AI capabilities and Knowledge sharing tools, we created a unified environment where information flows seamlessly from an initial lead to final installation and after-sales support.  

 

 The implementation has fundamentally changed how we operate. By killing manual tasks and consolidating operations, we have empowered our staff to focus on high-value activities rather than administrative overhead. Management now has 360-degree visibility into every project and stock movement, leading to faster, more effective decision-making. As we continue to introduce more modules, the scalability of Odoo ensures that our operational efficiency grows in tandem with our impact on the environment. We are now more agile and effective than ever in delivering the sustainable future our clients expect. This allowed us to compete and win large projects that would otherwise require a higher staff count and overheads.
