Contexte
Sens K est un cabinet d’architecture basé à Rodez, spécialisé dans la conception et la réalisation de projets architecturaux pour des particuliers et des professionnels. L’activité implique une gestion simultanée de plusieurs projets, avec différentes phases de conception, de suivi de chantier et de coordination avec des intervenants externes.
Dans ce contexte, la gestion administrative et opérationnelle des projets devient rapidement complexe : devis, facturation, suivi des temps, organisation des tâches, rentabilité des missions, etc.
Afin de structurer et d’optimiser leur organisation interne, Sens K souhaite s’appuyer sur Odoo, avec l’accompagnement de Linov, pour mettre en place un système de gestion centralisé adapté à leur activité.
L’objectif est de disposer d’un outil unique permettant de piloter l’activité du cabinet, de la relation client jusqu’au suivi détaillé des projets.
Objectifs du projet :
• Centraliser la gestion commerciale et administrative du cabinet
• Structurer la gestion des projets d’architecture
• Améliorer le suivi du temps passé par projet
• Faciliter la facturation des prestations
• Disposer d’indicateurs fiables pour analyser la rentabilité des missions
