At one point, they came to the conclusion they needed to fine-tune their solution to use it even more efficiently. In 2022 Streamline HR turned to Itransition (https://www.odoo.com/customers/streamline-hr-4076282). The Itransition team analyzed the customer's business processes, implemented enhancements to improve usability and efficiency, and upgraded the solution to the latest version of Odoo. Because of the success with Odoo at Streamline HR, in 2024 Equinox Benefits Consulting decided to implement Odoo.

For starters, Equinox Benefits Consulting began using Odoo for CRM and marketing management. Odoo helps the customer automate tasks such as managing client relationships, tracking leads, organizing marketing campaigns, sending automated follow-up emails, and generating performance analytics.
