LeadMaster developed the entire corporate website for the customer. In addition, we implemented a complete CRM system for their consulting business. In order to meet the client's unique client engagement model, the event module was heavily modified. This effort involved managing subscriptions, commissions, reports, payments, and client follow-up. The key to success was engaging the client on an ongoing basis to ensure the application exceeded their expectations. In any ERP implementation, quickly resolving any issues that are key helps resolve questions and empower users to make their own updates

Graphic Measurements

GMI worked closely with LeadMaster Solutions Group to evaluate self hosting Odoo or getting set up on Odoo Enterprise. Through this analysis Odoo Enterprise for the growth, flexibility, and use of Studio was selected. GMI worked with LeadMaster to customize the Contacts model of Odoo to support a separate data model to manage Contacts while using the existing data model for Account management. Upon completion of this setup GMI worked closely with LeadMaster to implement custom data models to manage their Press and Systems information as related to their Customers. The enablement of these data models will support both Sales and Service as they manage the Account.

Overholt Enterprises was founded in 2005 by Henry Overholt and his family with the purpose of serving the need in his local community for high-quality and competitively priced metal roofing supplies. That original vision has grown into a multi-state business serving Georgia and Florida with metal roofing supplies and has since expanded to include the manufacturing and financing of Greenhouses, Gazebos, Custom Chicken Coops, Screen Rooms and Dog Kennels with over 70 dealers across the Southeastern United States.

ProTint's customer database was migrated to Odoo V15 as part of this migration project. Customer information was moved as well as the user experience for sales and marketing was improved. As a result, the opportunity pipeline was normalized, making it much more useful for monthly forecasting activities.
Customized data mining reports were designed for the client's sales and work orders. The data tables and customer fields were customized according to ProTint's needs. As part of our work with the customer, we also streamlined their help desk ticketing system. LeadMaster worked closely with ProTint during the final rollout to help them adapt the platform within the company structure.
